We understand that seeking therapy after trauma can feel overwhelming. Many people worry about being retraumatized, losing control, or being forced to relive painful memories. Here, your safety, choice, and comfort are our top priorities.
Every healing journey is unique. We tailor treatment to your specific needs by drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches—including EMDR, somatic therapy, structural dissociation work, and CBT/DBT techniques. This personalized blend helps us meet you exactly where you are and support your growth in the safest, most effective way possible.

Who We Serve
We serve teens (ages 13+), adults, and family systems navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and attachment-related wounds. Each client is met with compassion, respect, and care tailored to their unique story.
What To Expect
We understand that beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, which is why we aim to make the process as simple and supportive as possible. Once you complete our contact form, we will respond within 48 hours to schedule a complimentary consultation and ensure we are the right fit for your needs. From there, we will guide you through your initial intake and warmly welcome you into care at Everwell.
EMDR Therapy
A gentle, supportive approach that helps the brain process and heal from stressful or overwhelming experiences. Using guided eye movements, EMDR helps reduce the emotional intensity of difficult memories, allowing you to feel calmer, more grounded, and better able to move forward with clarity and resilience.
Somatic Therapy
A body-focused therapy that helps you understand and work with physical responses to stress and trauma. Our bodies often hold tension and emotional patterns from past experiences. By learning to notice these signals and respond with practical tools, you can regulate emotions, process challenges, and build confidence in daily life.
